Payroll & Man-Hours

Daily time records, team hours, overtime and payroll review
Payroll figures are review estimates. DAILY employees receive fixed completed-session basic-pay credits (AM 4.5 hours, PM 3.5 hours, full day 8.0 hours), with late and early-out deductions shown separately. PER DIEM employees receive the stored rate once for each verified day present. Evening overtime becomes payable only when an approved OT request is supported by verified OT punches. Lunch OT follows its approved midday attendance mode. Review exceptions before payroll action. PDF exports can be generated for the whole workforce, a selected team, or a selected trade. Only Super Admin can mark an employee paid.
