Team assignment, accomplishment, man-hours and labor productivity
Man-hours and labor cost are calculated automatically from each activity's time range, the workers assigned to that activity, actual attendance, approved OT/special work, and each worker's Super-Admin-maintained pay rate. Timekeepers cannot enter or change man-hours, labor cost, team membership, or pay rates.

How authorization works:
Register the phone here, generate a one-time activation code, then enter that code in the EGC Android kiosk app. The code expires after 15 minutes.
Payroll & Man-Hours
Daily time records, team hours, overtime and payroll review
V9 payroll figures are review estimates. DAILY employees use recorded regular
hours; PER DIEM employees receive the stored rate once for each verified day present. Every approved OT request is credited
automatically as payable OT. Overlapping or duplicate approved schedules are merged and never paid twice.
Suggested late deductions use effective-dated Skilled and Non-Skilled brackets and may be replaced by an audited Super Admin final amount before payment.
Employees without an attendance, approved payable OT, correction/review, or payment record in the selected period are hidden from Payroll and its exports.
Review exceptions before payroll action. PDF exports can be generated for the whole workforce,
a selected team, or a selected trade. Only Super Admin can mark an employee paid.
